POCCO Vanilla Latte

A classic with a twist. This recipe takes a latte to a new level of deliciousness with a hint of vanilla.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1  shot of Espresso
  • 175  ml of semi skimmed milk
  • 20ml POCCO VANILLA Syrup

Add syrup to your espresso and stir.

Pour the espresso into a large cup and fill with hot milk and foam.

To make a POCCO CARAMEL or POCCO HAZELNUT latte just follow the steps above but swap out the POCCO VANILLA.

CARAMEL Iced Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • 1  shot of Espresso
  • 175  ml of cold semi skimmed milk
  • 20ml POCCO CARAMEL Syrup
  • A cup of ice

Add the syrup to your espresso and stir well

Pour over a glass full of ice and top with cold milk

Stir well to mix and serve

To make a POCCO VANILLA or POCCO HAZELNUT latte just follow the steps above but swap out the POCCO CARAMEL.

A Chilled Treat

POCOO Vanilla Frappe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 cup (220g) Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold semi skimmed milk
  • 20ml POCCO VANILLA syrup

Simply add everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass and sprinkle.

To make a POCCO CARAMEL or POCCO HAZELNUT frappe just follow the steps above but swap out the POCCO VANILLA.

ICE COLD PICK ME UP

CAFE FRAPPE

simply add coffee to your frappe to make this delicious ice cold pick me up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 espresso shots
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 cup (220g) Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold semi skimmed milk
  • 20ml POCCO syrup (your favourite flavour)

Simply add everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass and sprinkle.

Perfect with POCCO CARAMEL, POCCO HAZELNUT or POCCO VANILLA.
