Our Syrups do NOT contain dairy ingredients or allergens.
Our white chocolate frappe mix DOES contain dairy and some allergens - the allergens are marked in bold on the list of ingredients.
How are Cafe Pocco syrups sweetened?
Our Syrups use only natural sugar and we do not use any artificial sweeteners.
We do not use any preservatives and all of our syrups are GMO free

Shelf life and storage
What is the shelf life of our syrups after opening?
The shelf life of syrups after opening depends on the storage conditions. When using dispensers make sure that the dispenser is kept clean . You can keep our syrups between 8 - 10 weeks after opening if kept cool and protected from light.
Do the Cafe Pocco syrups need to be refrigerated after opening?
Cafe Pocco syrups do not need refrigeration. Ensure you keep the product capped and stored in a clean dry place below 25° and avoid direct sunlight.
Trouble Shooting
Why are there bubbles in my syrup?
If you have purchased your syrups online there can be bubbles in the. bottles when they are delivered.
This is normal and is s a result of the syrups being shaken during shipment. Leave the bottles to settle and the bubbles will disappear.
Why is there sometimes a ring around the top of the syrup bottle?
This can be caused by any naturally occurring oils in our flavours.
This will dissolve once shaken and is normal.
